Dawn holds a BA (Hons) in Applied Consumer Studies and has enjoyed a successful career in marketing to date. Her broad wealth of experience has been acquired across several sectors including Publishing, Construction, Utility and FMCG. This diverse mix has provided Dawn with a solid grounding in the core marketing skills of brand management, consumer research, communications and strategic planning as well as more specialised focus on foreign market entry/portfolio analysis, international project management and licensed brand management.Latterly specialising in the FMCG Food and Drink Sector she has worked with blue chip brands including Cadbury, 20th Century Fox, Shell, Supercook, Schwartz, Kellogg’s and Findus.

Dawn is now managing her own marketing consultancy from her base in Yorkshire and whilst working with a variety of industries she retains a strong interest in the food and drink sector. In particular she enjoys supporting local and regional producers to achieve success within the major grocery environment.

An active CIM member, Dawn is keen to contribute to her profession and participates in small business marketing clinics in the Yorkshire region and is also a strong advocate of CPD and skills development.

Dawn is a Chartered Marketer and member of Cambridge Marketing College’s alumni, having achieved the CIM’s Professional Postgraduate Diploma. Dawn teaches at our Manchester Study Centre.
