Shane joined the College in the 1990s originally planning to stay for a year. Since then, she has been the College's Registrar, account manager for CIM and CIPR and other Awarding Bodies. She is now the College's Operations and Finance Director.
A Mental Health First Aider, she created the College's Safe and Well Team and is the College's Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
