For the last 31 years, we have worked with marketing and PR professionals across all sectors including private, public and not-for-profit organisations to develop their skills and capabilities. Founded in 1991, we have grown to become an international expert provider of marketing and PR knowledge, skills and development. Our faculty of 41 tutors, who are all practitioners themselves, has helped over 8,000 professionals, through our qualifications, corporate in-house training and apprenticeships, enhance their careers. Our results speak for themselves.

Our history

1991 Cambridge Marketing College was established to ‘enhance the careers of marketing executives and improve the marketing of their companies’.
1995 We introduced weekend classes and short courses on top of our evening classes.
1997 We were one of the first colleges to have a website!
2001 Founder Charles Nixon was elected to the CIM Board of Trustees.
2002 We began to teach CIPR courses and to offer distance learning tuition internationally.
2007 Our first International study centre was opened in the Netherlands and we launched the first Cambridge Digital Marketing Conference.
2009 We published our first books with Prentice Hall, as a set of study guides for the CIM Certificate.
2011 Our journal, Cambridge Marketing Review was launched.
2014 Our radio show, The Marketing Review, began on Star Radio.
2016 We celebrated 25 successful years!
2018                                        We welcomed the NEW Marketing and PR apprenticeships into the mix!
2021                                        We celebrated our 30 year milestone!
