You will receive advice and support on taking the CIM exams. For modules which are assessed by an assignment, your tutor will comment on one draft of each assignment.

Specialist tutors
Our specialist tutors are always available to provide support for your qualification programme. There is no limit on the number of times that you may reach out to your tutors. Whilst our tutors are all practising marketers and PR professionals, they endeavour to respond to emails within 24 hours. Video conferencing and phone calls can also be arranged when necessary — and some tutors are available to guide and answer your questions via Slack.
CIM draft assignments and exam practice
For modules which require an assignment, your tutor will advise on one draft assignment.
