Rob has been working in marketing and sales since 1995. He is a marketing communications professional with experience in managing key relationships with both external suppliers and internal stakeholders. He has worked across a range of industries including insurance with Norwich Union Life, energy - with TXU Europe Ltd, and communications - with ntl where as Marketing Manager he was responsible for new customer acquisition as well as cross-sell and up-sell activity to existing customers across the full range of broadband internet, telephone and digital TV products.
Rob has a degree in Marketing and obtained both the CIM E-Marketing Award and Postgraduate Diploma studying with Cambridge Marketing Colleges. He now teaches the Marketing Management module of the CIM Professional Diploma usually at our Manchester Study Centre.
