In her early career, Jenni worked in Business Development before moving to Turkey for two years where she worked in after sales for an estate agent. Upon returning to the UK, she worked for a credit hire company before becoming an independent consultant providing lay witness BHR evidence and analysis for Insurance companies.
After starting a family, she developed her own cottage-based industry based on sugar until her children were old enough to allow her to develop her knowledge in mental health, which, she has over 10 years worth of experience in a variety of different settings.
In 2018 Jenni decided to explore her passion by doing a degree in Health Science. Jenni will be conducting quarterly reviews and inductions with our apprentices.
