Victoria is an experienced sustainability professional with almost 20 years of relevant experience. Having discovered corporate responsibility during a secondment to Microsoft, Victoria then spent the next decade working for leading sustainability consultancy Corporate Citizenship (formerly The SMART Company). She then joined Harlequins Rugby Club to set up their new foundation, and also supported other organisations with their sustainability journey including Wimbledon Foundation, CSM Abu Dhabi and Thoburns Communications. Victoria rejoined Corporate Citizenship in 2019 where she spent another two years as Director before spending six months as interim COO for a small charity working with young men within the Criminal Justice system.
Victoria has worked within companies including Starbucks, Sage, and John Lewis. Her experience spans the full remit of the sustainability agenda, with specialisms in strategy, social impact / value, partnerships, corporate foundations and engagement & communication.
