Natacha is an experienced leadership development consultant with over 25 years of experience in strategy, communication, skills development, and sustainable innovation across sectors and borders. She has delivered a range of learning and development programmes and courses for Cambridge Marketing College, the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and organisations at Levels 5, 6, and 7, applying knowledge in sectoral, organisational, and geopolitical contexts. Natacha is passionate about sustainable innovation, managing the impact of AI, and good governance. She is a visiting lecturer at SKEMA Business School in Paris on responsible leadership, governance, and corporate sustainability.
Natacha studied Economics and Marketing in Paris, where she also started her career in media planning, working with high-value brands. She then worked on a large market research project for Yoplait before her career plans took her to Cambridge, where she led and delivered international marketing projects for start-ups and SMEs, primarily in the software and high-tech sectors. She broadened her experience by working for a marketing agency, delivering marketing strategies and campaigns for international and local brands in the technology sector.
In 2008, Natacha moved into the higher education sector and joined the University of Cambridge Judge Business School, working on the MBA brand and the Business School positioning review. She then moved to the University’s Learning and Development Centre, focusing on evaluation, new design frameworks, and research projects aimed at supporting researchers throughout their research journey.
Natacha founded Cambridge Insights in 2015, a leadership and innovation consultancy aiming to support leaders in research and innovation by connecting strategy, skills, and sustainable innovation. She is passionate about supporting aspiring and new leaders to thrive in complex landscapes and helping them acquire the breadth of skills and mindsets required to lead successful teams and projects, whilst managing wider environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impact.
Natacha is an experienced and certified coach, mentor, and advisor for aspiring leaders and newly appointed C-suite leaders. She is a mentor for UKRI’s Future Fellows Development Network and a non-executive director at ASDAN, a national educational charity focusing on equity in education through vocational qualifications and courses. Natacha is an alumna and Fellow of Cambridge Marketing College.
