Natacha studied Economics and Marketing in Paris where she also started her career in media planning working with high-value brands. She then worked on a large market research project for Yoplait before her career plans took her to Cambridge where she led and delivered international marketing projects for start-ups and SMEs, primarily in the software/high-tech sectors. She then widened her experience by working for a marketing agency working with international and local brands in the technology sector. In 2008, Natacha decided to move to the Higher Education sector and joined the University of Cambridge Judge Business School working on the MBA brand and the Business School positioning review. She then worked at the University’s leadership and development centre before setting up Cambridge Insights, a leadershipand innovation consultancy in 2014. Natacha is an alumnus and Fellow of Cambridge Marketing College.
