Nandan spent the early part of his career in B2B technology marketing and project management, before moving on to become a marketing consultant, with special focus on strategic communication, digital marketing and emerging market strategies. As a consultant he has handled projects on widely varied areas including consumer brands, solution implementation, services and marketing communication.
He is also a very experienced coach and tutor. He has taken teaching sessions, on many occasions for colleagues, customers, graduate university students and international charity organisations on subject matters related to technology, marketing management and strategic communication.
Nandan has wide experience in cross-cultural interactions having been associated with multinational companies from the U.S.A, Canada, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Japan, Australia and India. Nandan spent 14 years of his career in India before moving to the UK in 2004 where he has lived and worked ever since.
Nandan’s current activities include digital marketing, web applications and launching a UK-India business interface for Education, Skill and Knowledge products. Nandan is a Master of Business Management from the University of Calcutta, India and holds the CIM’s Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing. Nandan is the College’s Ambassador for India and a Fellow of the CIM.
