Level 4 CIM Award in Integrated Communications

This award is a good introduction to effective internal and external communications and the importance of communications planning.

Course overview

Marketers need to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers. This award will provide you with the skills to assist in developing communications to build sustainable relationships.

Duration

The award usually takes 6 months to complete. It may be studied as part of the full CIM Certificate in Professional Marketing qualification (which comprises 3 modules) or as a stand-alone short course leading to a CIM Award.

Entry requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or 2+ years’ experience in a sales or marketing role.

Study hours

This award requires 130 hours of study.

  • Communications planning and delivering marketing solutions
  • Product and brand management
  • The Marketing Communications Mix and planning

Assessment

Assessment is by submission of a 12-page assignment based on a given scenario and an organisation of your choice.
