Course overview

How to identify the different customers organisations have and establish the marketing communications tools to best reach them. As well as how to develop a successful marketing communications campaign and how the campaign can be put into practice.

By completing this Award and one other:

In addition to completing this Award, if the Marketing Principles module is also completed, the Foundation Certificate in Marketing, Level 3, would be achieved.

  • A-Levels (or equivalent)
  • English language proficiency

Customer Communications Mandatory

Study hours: 90, split into a provided weekly study plan.

  • Developing lasting relationships
  • Segmentation and targeting
  • Communications tools and campaigns
