AI apprenticeship units are virtual training programmes designed to give leaders the skills and knowledge needed to successfully implement AI within a business.

Who can enrol on the AI Apprenticeship Units? 

To complete the training, learners must meet the following criteria: 

  • The employer must be over 19 
  • The learner must be in a leadership role responsible for setting direction, governance or oversight for AI use

How much does an AI apprenticeship Unit cost? 

For businesses with a levy pot, government funding may be available for this.

Each AI apprenticeship unit costs £750, which includes: 

  • 30 hours of virtual live tutor-led training 
  • A skills test at the end of the programme

Businesses can choose the unit’s that are most relevant to their AI priorities and leadership needs.
