Overview

The apprenticeship unit in AI Strategy and Opportunity is a 30-hour training programme designed to upskill leaders responsible for AI strategy, governance, and decision-making.  
 
This training programme is delivered by expert tutors and focuses on how to build AI strategies, identify opportunities, and decide where AI can add value. The learner will be able to use evidence to shape direction, prioritise investment and provide opportunities for innovation and growth. 
 
Employers will gain leaders who have strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement skills, helping them influence decisions at a senior level. Their employee will know how to assess risks, test ideas, and adapt plans as AI technology and business needs change.  
 
Cambridge Marketing College offers three AI Leadership apprenticeship units: AI Strategy and Opportunity, AI Adoption, Procurement and Governance, and Delivery and Organisational Transformation. Businesses can enrol their teams on one, two or all three units to build AI leadership skills across their organisation.
