  • Duration: 30 hours
  • Study options: Online learning
  • Cost: £750

Overview

The AI Delivery and Organisational Transformation Apprenticeship Unit develops leaders who can turn AI ideas into action.

Over 30 hours of training, learners gain skills on how AI is embedded and operationalised across an organisation at scale and how to lead AI-enabled change programmes, ensuring solutions are not only implemented effectively but sustained over time and aligned with long-term organisational objectives.

Employers gain leaders who can deliver AI transformation projects end-to-end and clearly communicate AI risks and benefits to senior leaders, stakeholders, and non-technical teams.

Cambridge Marketing College offers three AI Leadership apprenticeship units: AI Strategy and Opportunity, AI Adoption, Procurement and Governance, and AI Delivery and Organisational Transformation. Businesses can enrol their teams on one, two or all three units to build AI leadership skills across their organisation.
