Customer behaviour has dramatically changed with the digital revolution. This module provides you with insights into the digital customer experience and highlights ways to adapt to this changing market, allowing you to fulfil customers’ strategic needs. It will provide the knowledge and skills to select appropriate channels to market to meet objectives. It will also help to ensure you provide the desired customer experience, by understanding the customer's journey while complying with relevant legislation and regulation.
- A Marketing or Business degree with a minimum of 50% of credits in Marketing; or,
- 4+ years’ marketing experience

The Digital Customer Experience MandatoryStudy hours: 170, split into a provided weekly study plan.
- Assess the strategic options for channel selection
- Understand relevant insights into digital customers
- Understand how digital channels are managed effectively in practice
- Define requirements for legal compliance in digital campaigns
- Understand the customer journey
- Develop plans to improve the user experience

The CIM Professional Diploma has been brilliant for my career and future opportunities. As well as making me a more capable and confident marketer, it has served to demonstrate my value at work; even by the half-way point in the Diploma! As my first time back in the classroom in over 10 years, I did not know quite what to expect at my first CMC Seminar. I was very impressed when I received a link to a webinar giving an overview of the module we would be studying along with the slides to preview. The tutor was very personable, very organised and extremely knowledgeable. He did not 'glide through the slides' but taught the class around the slides and welcomed and encouraged class participation and questions. I would not hesitate to recommend CMC.

The study materials and online resources were exceptional, and were one of the main reasons I chose to study with CMC. I particularly enjoyed the podcasts and the anecdotal examples that the lecturers shared. I recently studied the Level 6 course with David as the tutor. Just a quick word to see how helpful he was in getting me through it. Having not studied seriously for over 20 years I was not relishing the thought of doing it again.
