CIM Courses
The Chartered Institute of Marketing is the world's largest professional body of marketers with over 50,000 members worldwide. It is the leading institution for marketing qualifications and has been setting awards since 1921. Over 60,000 students have graduated with the CIM Postgraduate Diploma since the 1980s.
The CIM offers the world's most recognised qualifications in marketing. Today those qualifications come in a variety of levels and disciplines in line with the MSSSB marketing standards. These standards lay out the functional capabilities of marketers at the different stages in a career. The CIM now incorporates the Communications and Advertising and Marketing Foundation (CAM) qualifications and there are also a number of specialist qualifications in Digital Marketing, Agri & Rural Business, Arts, B2B, Charities, Pharmaceuticals, Sports and Professional Services. Cambridge Chartered Programme
Chartered status is achieved through accumulating CPD hours for 2 years . At present, theCIM requirement is for 35 hours of qualifying activity per annum. Many marketers find it a struggle to account for the required number of hours, and to provide the necessary proofof having earned the hours. This will become a growing problem as the CIM is likely to increase the requirement in future years.

CAM Courses
The Communications Advertising and Marketing Education Foundation (CAM) was established in 1970 as a charity to provide skills training for agency staff. At its height it had 4,000 students in the UK. In 2000 it formed an alliance with the CIM and currently has 700 students, though this is growing. The CAM qualifications are now managed and awarded by the CIM. There are currently 3 CAM qualifications available.
Diploma in Digital Marketing
CAM Diploma in Digital Marketing is a CIM Digital Marketing Diploma course taught by Cambridge Marketing College. This digital marketing qualification provides delegates with both the knowledge underpinning the principles of digital marketing and the skills to undertake digital marketing planning.
