Ever been puzzled by Twitter? Whether you’ve never used it or use it but are confused, Neil Wilkins of gave the answers: from how to open an account, to how to use lists, to what a favourite means.

The show came from the College’s tutor conference in London where some of our tutors gathered to considered a wide range of topics. Whenever marketers gather, the jargon begins to flow so this week’s Jargon Buster! looked to the tutors’ selection of most annoying marketing jargon.

Finally, the tutors explained their favourite marketing campaigns and why they worked so well.
