The CIM Exam Process

  1. Find your exam session for each module above the weekly study plan in the College Learning Zone.
  2. Go to the CIM website to book and pay within the exam booking window.
  3. Once you have booked with the CIM, you will receive your exam link via email.
  4. Check the exam rules and regulations found in Week A of your Learning Zone.
  5. You can then take your exam anytime within the online test window.

Step-by-step Instructions

  1. Log in to MyCIM
  2. Press 'Studying'
  3. Press 'Assessment booking'. If this is not visible, please contact the CIM for assistance
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page 
  5. Click 'Available Assessments'
  6. Your available assessments will show underneath the 'Available Assessment' tab
  7. Click the tick box under the 'Book' column for the module you would like to sit your exam
  8. Click the 'Next Step' button
  9. Check you have selected the right module, and the data by checking the title. This will include your module and booking window 
  10. Tick the 'Terms and Conditions' box
  11. Click 'Proceed to Payment'
  12. Add your card details 
  13. Press the 'Pay Now' button
  14. Press 'Proceed to Verification' 
  15. Click the link in the sentence 'You can view all your bookings here'.
  16. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the 'Booked Assessments' tab. Your booked online exam will appear below
  17. You are now booked for your exam
