Entry criteria and support

  • A relevant Level 3 qualification; or 1+ years’ experience in a sales or marketing role
  • If English is not your first language, you will need to demonstrate English language proficiency (IELTS Academic Module overall score of 6.5 or equivalent)

We recommend a minimum period of 9 months to complete the Certificate. To allow you to fit studying around other commitments, we offer support for 24 months for CIM qualifications and 6 months for CIM Modular Awards.

Planning Integrated Campaigns Module:

  • Understand how the organisation interacts with customers
  • Understand customer engagement with media and content
  • Understand how to develop a customer-centric and integrated campaign plan
  • Assessed by a multiple choice on-screen exam which lasts 90 minutes. This exam has 45 questions in total.
