This policy outlines the guidelines and expectations for students using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to assist in their assignment writing at CMC. Students are encouraged to utilize AI as a learning aid while upholding the principles of academic honesty.

- Academic Integrity: The primary purpose of AI tools is to aid students in enhancing their writing skills. The use of AI should not compromise the principles of academic integrity, and students are expected to maintain the highest standards of honesty and ethics in their work.
- Learning Enhancement: AI tools are meant to complement students' learning experiences by offering constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Responsibility: Students are responsible for the content and quality of their assignments. The use of AI does not absolve them of their duty to research, understand, engage with, and express the subject matter effectively.
