Specialist tutors
Our specialist tutors are always available to provide support for your qualification programme. There is no limit on the number of times that you may reach out to your tutors. Whilst our tutors are all practising marketers and PR professionals, they endeavour to respond to emails within 24 hours. Video conferencing and phone calls can also be arranged when necessary — and some tutors are available to guide and answer your questions via Slack.
CIM draft assignments and exam practice
Your tutor for each module will advise on one draft assignment and one set of exam practice questions in preparation for your final submissions. Feedback will then be provided on each. You will also have the opportunity to attend assignment technique webinars and exam revision sessions for no additional cost.
Dedicated PR Slack channel
PR students will have full access to our dedicated Slack channel that has up-to-date articles and learning materials posted every working day.
