Fees and payment

Course fees are subject to VAT in the United Kingdom.

Awarding body membership and/or assessment fees are not included.

You can pay the course fees by debit/credit card or provide us with a Purchase Order number to invoice your company.

Spread the cost of your course*

Take advantage and make an initial payment of £270 by credit/debit card, then spread the remaining amount over 4 equal monthly instalments as follows:

Entry criteria and support

In order to take this course, you need to have:

  • no marketing experience is required
  • GCSEs (or equivalent)
  • If English is not your first language, you will need to demonstrate English language proficiency (IELTS Academic Module overall score of 6.5 or equivalent)

Study hours:
120 hours, split into a provided weekly study plan.

  • Know the role and function of marketing within organisations 
  • Understand the factors that influence customer behavior
  • Identify the key components of the marketing environment
  • Identify how to collect relevant information about the marketing environment
  • Understand the concept and elements of the marketing mix
  • Understand the application of the marketing mix in different contextual settings

Study hours:
120 hours, split into a provided weekly study plan.

  • Identify different types of customer
  • Identify how customers make purchasing decisions
  • Outline the purpose of customer communications
  • Understand the range of communications tools
  • Outline the structure and content of a customer communications plan
  • Know how the effectiveness of a communications plan can be measured and evaluated

Study hours:
120 hours, split into a provided weekly study plan.

Please note: By choosing this module as an elective when studying the full qualification, the student would be awarded with the CIM Foundation Certificate in Professional Digital Marketing
