Course fees are subject to VAT in the United Kingdom.

Awarding body membership and/or assessment fees are not included.

You can pay the course fees by debit/credit card or provide us with a Purchase Order number to invoice your company.

Spread the cost of your course*

Take advantage and make an initial payment of £370 by credit/debit card, then spread the remaining amount over 10 equal monthly instalments as follows:

Entry criteria and support

In order to take this course, you need to have:

  • A relevant Level 3 qualification; or,
  • 1+ years’ experience in a sales or marketing role
  • If English is not your first language, you will need to demonstrate English language proficiency (IELTS Academic Module overall score of 6.5 or equivalent)

The qualification normally takes 12 months to complete but the College offers up to 18 months support for added flexibility.

  • Understand the contribution of marketing to the organisation
  • Know what influences customer behaviour across a range of contexts
  • Understand the factors and trends in the marketing environment and how they affect marketing
  • Know a range of options for gathering relevant marketing information
  • Understand the application of the marketing mix within different marketing contexts
  • Know how to apply and adapt the marketing mix to satisfy customer needs and business goals

Study hours:
170 hours, split into a provided weekly study plan.

  • Understand the process of planning a campaign
  • Know how to undertake an internal and external situational analysis
  • Know how to develop a successful campaign plan
  • Understand how to implement a plan in practice
  • Understand the principles of monitoring a marketing campaign
  • Know how to undertake a post campaign evaluation

Study hours:
170 hours, split into a provided weekly study plan.

  • Understand the range of customer contexts in which the marketer operates
  • Understand the key factors that influence customer behaviour
  • Understand the customer experience
  • Know how to enhance the customer experience
  • Understand the range of research methods and metrics available to monitor customer experiences
  • Know how to use and apply research approaches to gain insight and inform decision making

170 hours, split into a provided weekly study plan.

Please note: By choosing this module as an elective when studying the full qualification, the student would be awarded with the CIM Certificate in Professional Digital Marketing
