Course overview

Understand the challenges and opportunities in the digital environment, as well as the digital tools available to support and enhance marketing activities. Learn effective digital monitoring and measurement techniques and the skills needed to improve digital effectiveness.

By completing this Award and two others:

If, in addition to completing this Award, the Marketing AND Integrated Communications modules are completed, the Certificate in Professional Marketing, Level 4, would be achieved.

Entry criteria

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; or,
  • 2+ years’ experience in a sales or marketing role

Digital Marketing Mandatory

Study hours: 130, split into a provided weekly study plan.
