Course overview

Develop the skills and understanding needed to deliver experiences that meet customer expectations, customer experience frameworks and effective monitoring and measurement techniques. Download sample chapters

Duration

The award usually takes 6 months to complete. It may be studied as part of the full CIM Certificate in Professional Marketing qualification (which comprises 3 modules) or as a stand-alone short course leading to a CIM Award.

Entry criteria

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or 2+ years’ experience in a sales or marketing role.

Customer Experience Mandatory

Study hours: 130

  • Customer requirements within different contexts
  • Customer expectations and how to deliver experiences to meet and exceed these
  • Effective monitoring and measurement techniques to improve experience

Assessment: Assessment is by a work-based assignment in order to gain the CIM Award.
