Level 4 CIM Award in Customer Experience

Marketers increasingly need to develop deeper knowledge of customers. This award will enable you to understand and enhance customer experience.

Course overview

Develop the skills and understanding needed to deliver experiences that meet customer expectations, customer experience frameworks and effective monitoring and measurement techniques.

Duration

The award usually takes 6 months to complete. It may be studied as part of the full CIM Certificate in Professional Marketing qualification (which comprises 3 modules) or as a stand-alone short course leading to a CIM Award.

Entry requirements

A Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline or 2+ years experience in a sales or marketing role.

Study hours

This award requires 130 hours of study.

Customer Experience Mandatory

  • Customer requirements within different contexts
  • Customer expectations and how to deliver experiences to meet and exceed these
  • Effective monitoring and measurement techniques to improve experience

Assessment

Assessment is by a work-based assignment in order to gain the CIM Award.
