This Award forms part of the CAM Diploma in Digital Marketing and provides a good introduction for anyone interested in understanding the power of digital marketing and how it can improve company performance.

Course overview

The Award covers search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), new and emerging advertising media, e-mail marketing, viral marketing, online PR, affiliate marketing, e-commerce and social media. It also looks at digital metrics in the form of voice of the customer (VOC), A/B tests and usability studies. Legislation, regulations and codes of practice are examined.

Entry requirements 

A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or 2+ years experience in a sales or marketing role.

Duration 

The Award usually takes 6 months to complete.
