Course overview

With our Professional Services pathway, students learn the same skills and knowledge as the standard Diploma in Professional Marketing but with a professional services twist to suit their industry. Students receive a specialist textbook and additional tutor, who is an expert in dealing with marketing for the sector. This course is offered in partnership with the Professional Services Marketing Group (PSMG).

Duration

3-6 months

Entry criteria

  • A Marketing or Business degree with a minimum of 50% of credits in Marketing; or,
  • 4+ years’ marketing experience

Course module :

The Digital Customer Experience: Professional Services Mandatory

Study hours: 170, split into a provided weekly study plan.

  • Assess the strategic options for channel selection
  • Understand relevant insights into digital customers
  • Understand how digital channels are managed effectively in practice
  • Define requirements for legal compliance in digital campaigns
  • Understand the customer journey
  • Develop plans to improve the user experience
