Trevor Phipps

     

Trevor began his marketing career nearly 20 years ago after graduating with a Post Graduate Diploma and a BA (Hons) in Marketing.

Having held a variety of Marketing Director roles within Retail, Telecomms, Financial Services, Education and the NHS, Trevor has developed industry experience across the full marketing mix covering online, telesales, mobile and multi-channel marketing. Within this background he has developed numerous marketing initiatives to support B2C and B2B marketing activity. His main marketing interests lie in developing strategic marketing, is fascinated by the growth of online marketing and in understanding consumer behaviours.

He teaches both CIM and CAM courses at our Bristol Study Centre and is a student mentor for the CIM.

Trevor is married with 2 teenage sons, and lives in the Cotswolds.

The CIM has launched its new Marketing Leadership Programme for senior and strategic marketers and we are delighted to announce that we are one of just a few Study Centres accredited to deliver it. I just wanted to advise that my study books have arrived today. Wow! That’s very impressive. I wasn’t expecting such a volume of professionally presented publications and study aids as part of the fee - this already way surpasses the support I experienced with a previous marketing college, and I haven’t even logged in to my course yet! As we know, customer experience is paramount and, as a new student and ‘client’, the CMC has made me feel very valued indeed. Thank you. Looking forward to my bedtime reading! Many thanks indeed.
