Meet the tutors
Tony Rogers is an experienced and pragmatic Services Marketer with particular expertise in New Service Development, Service Design and Managed Services. With a career predominately focused on the technology sector, Tony has over 20 years’ experience of sales and marketing obtained in Interoute, British Telecom, Damovo, Ericsson and British Airways.
During his career, Tony has developed and successfully launched a number of new services for Ericsson, Damovo and British Airways. With Interoute, he led its global product marketing and bid management team, and during this time, worked with a South African based telecoms company, to help accelerate the launch of its Internet services to the African market.
Tony also has extensive knowledge of Managed Services, from understanding customer requirements and creating ITIL based service designs; through bid management and supporting contract and SLA negotiations; to transition and in-life contract management.
Tony is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, is a past CIM Kent branch Chairman and hold its Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing. He also holds an MA is Strategic Marketing from the University of Greenwich.
