Thomas McAlinden

     

Thomas McAlinden (BA Hons, MSc, MCIM, Chartered Marketer) has held various marketing roles ranging from digital marketing, event management and international marketing, Thomas is an enthusiastic and ambitious marketer with excellent interpersonal skills who adopts a strong analytical approach to problem solving and to the development of strategies to improve business performance. He is currently an Assistant Brand Manager for an FMCG company working on several brands ranging from £2 million to £65 million and helps manage the brands and increase their stature and growth using his excellent marketing planning and communication skills.

Thomas is dedicated to a career in marketing and has gained both his MSc with Distinction and BA Honours degrees from the highly regarded University of Strathclyde business school, is CIM qualified and has also become a Chartered Marketer.

Thomas teaches aspects of the syllabus on the CIM Professional Certificate in Marketing & Professional Diploma in Marketing at our Edinburgh study centre.
