Malcolm Johnston is a business strategy consultant specialising in the creation and delivery of customer centric change for a variety of businesses, including clients from the following sectors: IT, pharmaceuticals, wind energy, telecommunications, industrial cleaning and private banking. His international business experience was primarily gained during 19 years with BT, Cable & Wireless, T-Mobile and PSINet (an American ISP) and he has undertaken many international roles in sales and marketing from product manager to sales and marketing director. He has lived and worked in Germany and the USA – where he created and led the C&W international sales organisation.

In addition to running his consultancy, Re-Formation Associates, he also lectures at the Lord Ashcroft International Business School and Queen Mary College, University of London as well as for Cambridge Marketing College. He is a Chartered Marketer and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
