Les has a twenty year track record in delivering significant growth and transformation for corporates, small businesses and new ventures, with specific expertise in strategy development, marketing, mergers and acquisitions and business development.

He has held senior roles with blue chips and start-ups, including O2, Plessey, Nortel, Philips and Cambridge Broadband and led sales and marketing programmes across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and North America. His most recent corporate role was heading the strategy, alliance and market planning teams at Airwave Solutions – the world’s largest provider of public safety secure communications services.

Les now runs Consiglium, an independent strategy and custom research consultancy. Consiglium helps technology companies to grow, transform and compete more effectively, with specific expertise in wireless technologies, secure communications, public safety, government, healthcare and industry sectors. He is also an associate at Kable and e-Health Insider.
