CIM Diploma in Digital Metrics & Analytics
The CIM Diploma in Digital Metrics & Analytics provides delegates with both the knowledge underpinning the principles of digital marketing and the skills to handle digital metrics and analytics. It includes the two core modules of the new CIM-CAM Digital Diplomas and one specialist module:
- Marketing and Consumer Behaviour (MCB)
- Digital Marketing Essentials
- Web Analytics & Social Media Monitoring
The MCB module provides a strong foundation in marketing and consumer behaviour looking at the marketing mix and how consumers make purchase decisions in a wide range of different market environments.
The Digital Marketing Essentials module looks at digital tools, planning, implementation and monitoring including Email marketing, viral marketing, social media, online PR and regulations and codes of practice. Completing the module alone gives delegates the CAM Award for Digital Marketing Essentials.
The Web Analytics & Social Media Monitoring module explores basic online research principles and then examine two themes: Web Analytics reviews the effectiveness of company communications and customer interactions on a range of digital marketing platforms including website, social media presences and mobile marketing; and Social Media Monitoring involves using tools to listen to conversations about a brand across digital platforms and taking appropriate action. Completing this module alone gives delegates the CAM Award for Web Analytics & Social Media Monitoring. Completing all 3 modules gives you the CIM Diploma in Digital Metrics & Analytics.
Assessment is by assignment for all 3 modules.
This course is suitable for delegates with:

a degree in any discipline or

a BTEC in Business Studies or

a minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales and Marketing
Exemption from the MCB module is available if you have a Marketing degree or a Level 4 CIM qualification.
