Delegate Comment
I decided to study for the Professional Diploma as I don't want to stagnate/stand still and I want to improve my knowledge of the arts sector. It rounds off my CV (practical and theoretical experience) and demonstrates a commitment to my own development i.e. I'm not just relying on my employers for personal and career development. The best thing is that it helps me to think 'outside' my own industry and makes me look at a wider/bigger picture."

Delegate Comment
I financed myself to undertake the course and the investment has already paid off. The same week I received the result of my final assignment I was offered the job of Marketing and Audience Development Manager at City Arts in Nottingham. The post specifically asked for evidence of continued professional development and the course no doubt helped me get the job.
