Roisin Vaughan BA PG Dip MCIM
Roisin has over 25 years' experience in teaching and marketing. She is an energetic and creative marketing manager with expertise in the field of English language teaching and educational publishing. Throughout her career she has specialised in international marketing communications, strategic campaign planning, global brand management and budget management.
Roisin began her career as an English Language teacher working in Italy and Spain. In 1995 she became a teacher trainer and then Director of Studies at first Burlington School of English and then Language Link, London. In 1998 she became Product Manager at the Q Group for Quartet, a multimedia-based language learning system, responsible for its development and European promotion. She also joined the Open University as a teaching consultant.
Roisin then joined Cambridge University Press as a Marketing Manager and studied for her CIM Postgraduate Diploma at Cambridge Marketing College. She is now Senior Marketing Manager at Cambridge University Press managing a team of 10 international marketers promoting English language teaching materials to educational institutions and trade outlets worldwide.
Roisin has been a tutor for the College for several years teaching the Marketing Environment module of the Professional Certificate at evening classes in Cambridge.
