Paul Mayfield BSc PG Dip MCIM Chartered Marketer

Paul is an experienced business and marketing manager with particular experience in the agricultural and land based sector.  His business experience ranges from partner in a family business through to sales, marketing and business development of both products and services throughout the UK and internationally.  He was UK Field Sales and Marketing Manager for Stanhay Webb Ltd, designers and manufacturer of specialist agricultural equipment, for five years where he was responsible for sales and marketing of the company's products throughout the UK and parts of Europe. He then joined NIAB, the leading UK independent research and evaluation organisation in land based and food sciences, as Marketing Manager and Corporate Sector Key Account Manager. His experience has embraced strategic marketing planning, research, rebranding and repositioning, and he has wide experience in organising and implementing all elements of the marketing mix through both traditional channels and electronic media.  

Paul is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and is a Chartered Marketer.  He is a past Chairman of the Cambridgeshire Branch of the CIM and a committee member of the national CIM Food Drink and Agriculture Industry Group.  He also undertakes Marketing lecturing and consultancy and has been both a distance learning and evening class tutor for the College. Paul now teaches the Professional Certificate in Edinburgh.
