Cambridge Chartered Programme
Chartered Marketer status is the benchmark of a qualified, experienced and up to date marketing professional. In common with Chartered programmes in other profesisons Chartered Marketer status is internationally recognised and fast becoming a requirement for those holding senior marketing positions.
Chartered status is achieved by accumulating 35 CPD hours each year for 2 years. However, many marketers find it difficult to account for the required number of hours and to provide the necessary proof of having earned the hours.
The Cambridge Chartered Programme (CCP) provides a unique support programme to help you gain and maintain Chartered status. It gives you access to a range of activities - including networking events, master classes, conferences, short courses and self study materials to help you achieve your 35 CPD hours each year. We will also look after your enrolment with the CIM and maintain a personal record of your activities so that you meet the requirements of the CIM's CPD programme.
There are 2 alternative routes to achieve Chartered status:
1) The Professional Postgraduate Diploma Route: suitable for those with the CIM Professional Diploma, a Marketing degree or Masters Business degree plus 6 years experience in marketing. Delegates pursuing this route study for the CIM Postgraduate Diploma in year 1 and then join the Cambridge Chartered Programme for year 2. You may then renew your CCP annually.
2) The Cambridge Chartered Programme: ideal for those with significant marketing experience who prefer a more experiential style of learning and do not want to undertake further qualifications at this time. The CCP provides a rolling programme of events and resources for 2 years. This may then be renewed annually.
